Follow these steps to perform a thorough cleaning and optimize the performance of the web application.
Steps for Clearing the Safari Cache:
1. Access Settings From the home screen of your iOS device, locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
2. Locate Safari Options Inside Settings, in the search bar, type "Safari" and select the option.
3. Perform the Basic Cleaning This action deletes the browsing history and basic cookies, which is usually enough to resolve most conflicts.
• Scroll down in the Safari menu to "Clear History and Website Data".
• Confirm the action by tapping "Clear History and Data".
⚠️ Note: By performing this step, all currently open Safari tabs will be closed.
4. Perform the Advanced Cleaning: If the issue persists, it is advisable to perform a deeper cleaning that deletes data stored by specific sites.
• Return to the main Safari menu and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Advanced".
• Inside the Advanced menu, select "Website Data".
• At the bottom of this screen, tap "Remove All Data".
Once these steps are completed, you will have completely cleared the Safari cache on your iOS device, which should solve the problems related to Bronze analysis.

Android
To clear the cache from an Android device there are two different options.
Option 1: Directly form the settings:
1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Scroll and tap Privacy.
3. Select Clear browsing data.
4. Choose what you want to delete:
◦ Browsing history.
◦ Cookies and site data.
◦ Cached images and files.
5. Press Clear data or Delete to confirm.
Option 2: From the app
Long press the Bronze Tracker application icon on the home screen.
When the options apear, select "Site Settings".Inside the app information. menu, scroll down to the "Storage" section.
Inside, click "Clear data" in the lower area of the screen.Tap "Clear data". And then press "OK"
In the window that opens, select "Clear cache".
Confirm the action if the system requests it.
Done: The Bronze Tracker cache will have been successfully elimitaded. This may help solve small errors or improve application performance.
Chrome
To clear Chrome browser data follow these instructions:
1. Open Chrome.
2. Tap the three dots (⋮) at the top right → Settings.
3. Go to Site Settings → All sites.
4. Search for the domain tracker.bronze.vision.
5. Tap it and then select Clear and reset.
6. Confirm the action.
7. Afterwards, return to the home screen and uninstall the web app (long press the icon → Remove or Uninstall).
