Bronze manages negative reviews and refunds that your restaurant receives through Uber Eats. To do this, you need to grant us access to your store's Manager Portal.
Follow these steps to achieve this:
1. Access Uber Eats Manager and log in with your administrator account: https://merchants.ubereats.com/manager
Your access may require double verification (first with a password and then with a code you will receive on your email or mobile phone).
2. Select the "Business" (location) for which you are granting permission in the dropdown menu in the upper left section.
3. Click on "Users" in the left menu and then on the "+ Add User" button on the right.
4. Añadir usuario - Información:
◦ En la casilla "Nombre completo": Escribe Bronze / Admin.
◦ En la casilla "E-mail": Utiliza [email protected] (este dato te lo
habremos enviado en tu correo de configuración).
◦ Elegir Rol: Selecciona la casilla "Gerente".
▪ No necesitamos acceso a nada más, así tu gestión está segura con
nosotros.
4. Add User - Information:
• In the "Full name" field: Write Bronze / Admin.
• In the "E-mail" field: Use [email protected] (this information will have been sent to you in your configuration email).
• Choose Role: Select the "Manager" box.
We do not need access to anything else, so your management remains
secure with us.
5. Click "Add" to finish.
IMPORTANT: Once you have added us as a user, remember to assign us the new Establishments and Locations every time you want to manage a new store or brand with Bronze.
