Bronze manages the incidents that your restaurant receives through Glovo. For this, it is necessary that you grant us access to your store's Manager Portal.
Follow these steps to achieve it:
1. Access your account at https://portal.glovoapp.com/ with the Admin user.
2. In the side menu, select "Settings".
3. In the section, go to "User Management".
4. Click on "Add user"
5. Complete the fields with this information:
User name: Bronze
Email: [email protected] (the team will have provided it to you
previously)
Role: Manager
Restaurants: Select all the locations you want us to manage.
6. To finish, press "Send Invitation".
IMPORTANT: Once you have added us as a user, remember to assign us the new establishments and locations every time you want to manage a new store or brand with Bronze.
