Getting Started with Bronze

Learn how to use Bronze quickly and efficiently for your restaurants.

Step 1: Client Onboarding

Once you have signed the contract, you will receive an email to access the Bronze Hub, your control space, where you can visualize, understand, and manage incidents for each order.

In the Hub, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire with essential information about your restaurant, including:

  • Your POS system and the integrator you use.

  • The delivery platforms you work with (such as Glovo or UberEats)

  • Which will be the first restaurant to implement Bronze.

  • The user accounts that will need access to the Hub


Step 2: Hardware

To be able to visually capture each order before it leaves the door, you will need specific hardware. You have two main options for taking photos:

Mobile phone: You can use a mobile phone for this function.

Tablet: This is our recommended / preferred option. If you choose a tablet, you will probably need an arm to hold the device.

*Periscope: If you use a tablet, we will send you a periscope, a piece with a small mirror that allows you to take photos from a zenithal perspective. It is important that the tablet's camera is positioned in one of the corners, as the periscope is not compatible with tablets that have a centered camera.

Paso 3: Integraciones

For Bronze to function optimally, connecting your kitchen operations with delivery platforms and receiving real-time order information, we need to perform two types of integrations:

Integration with your POS / Integrator: Bronze agents connect with your current system, such as Grubtech, LastApp, Square, Deliverect, or Revo.

Integration with aggregators: We integrate with major platforms like Glovo and UberEats.

These integrations are essential for automatically managing fraudulent claims and automating disputes, allowing you to recover what is yours effortlessly. These permissions are crucial as they allow us to manage fraudulent Bad Reviews and automate dispute.

Step 4: Taking photos with Bronze Tracker

Once your integrations are active and the hardware is configured, you can start taking photos of your orders with Bronze Tracker!


During this initial phase, we will be collecting images and information to train our Artificial Intelligence. Orders will not yet be analyzed automatically, but this stage is fundamental for future accuracy. We recommend training with our team to get the most out of Bronze.

Installation: Install the Bronze Tracker app from https://tracker.bronze.vision on your devices.

◦ First, select an order number on your device.

◦ Then, press the camera button / tap anywhere on the screen to take the
photos.

IMPORTANT: You can take as many photos as you want, but remember that for everything to work correctly, each product should only be photographed once.

Step 5: Order Analysis with AI (Bronze Tracker PRO)

Once we have collected a sufficient volume of images and performed the necessary tests, we will begin to analyze your orders with Artificial Intelligence.

From this moment, our AI agents will review the preparation of your orders in real time. Their function is to detect any missing or incorrect product, generate visual evidence, and help you ensure every delivery without complications or errors. If something is missing from the order, you will know instantly to correct it before delivery.

Step 6: Bronze Hub, your control center

The Bronze Hub is your centralized space to visualize, understand, and manage the incidents of each order once they have been analyzed. Here you will be able to see each order, review what has happened, and dispute unfair claims with the evidence you generated yourself from Tracker.

In the Hub, you will have the ability to:

Review each order and see exactly what has happened.

Dispute unfair claims using the photographic evidence you generated with
Bronze Tracker.

• Access a quick search by order or image if a customer makes a claim.

Bronze Hub gives you control to keep your orders perfect and your claims under control, all from one place.

Step 7: Questions and Support

You will find the help chat:

• In the Hub: in the bottom right corner.

• In the mobile application: in the top right corner (by selecting the question

mark icon), and then the chat icon will appear in the bottom right corner.
