How to Start Taking Photos
1. Select an order number on your device (tablet or mobile).
2. Press the camera icon to take PHOTOS of the order. The photo counter will show you how many photos you have taken.
◦ You can take as many photos as you want, but for everything to function
correctly, each product should only be photographed once
The color code quickly informs you about the order status:
• 🟦 Blue: Orders still pending analysis.
• 🟧 Orange: Orders analyzed with a missing item. Remember that nothing should be left unphotographed.
• 🟩 Green: Order analyzed and complete. Good job!.

When you have finished taking photos, you can tap ANALYZE:
• ❌ Incorrect Order:
◦ You can add more photos if you are going to photograph the missing
products at that moment. Try to avoid repeating products that have already
been photographed.
◦ You can also continue anyway if you will add the missing products later or
want to finish the order without correcting it immediately.
• ✅ Correct Order:
◦ Everything is ready. The screen will return to the initial mode, and you can
continue with the rest of the orders.
- Once the order appears as correct (green screen), go BACK (🔄) to the order selection screen.
- You can return to a previous order whenever you want to complete it. Remember to only take photos of new products, do not repeat products in the new photos. When you have completed the order, you just have to select it again and tap ANALYZE.
- It is possible to take photos of your orders at different times and interchangeably. For example, you can photograph the cold products, then take photos of a different order, return to the previous order to capture the hot products, and when the delivery person arrives, return to take photos of the ice creams.
- It is recommended that all orders are fully photographed so that the order is marked as "Ready" and the screen appears green. This is indispensable in case of a claim.
Different Types of Flow According to Operation:
Bronze adapts to your operation with several options:
• Take a single photo and analyze it: Ideal for small orders that are prepared at once.
• Take multiple photos at the same time and analyze them: Perfect for large orders that do not fit in a single image or that you want to bag and prepare all at once.
• Take multiple photos at different times: Useful for orders that are prepared in different stages.
Tips for Optimal Photos
Place the products in an area without obstacles. The location is not important, but visibility is.
Make sure all products are clearly visible. If you can distinguish them, the system will too.
Only take a photo of the current order. Avoid having other orders appear in the image.
The ticket must be visible next to the order. In "Auto" mode, this is mandatory. Do not place it on top of a product and make sure there are no tickets from other orders.
Do not take multiple photos of the same product. They will be counted as distinct products.
Turn up the volume of your device to confirm that the photos have been taken correctly.
