Tips for Optimal Photos
• Product Placement: You can place the products wherever you prefer (on a tray, a specific confined space, etc.), as long as the area is clean and free of obstacles. Ensure that the area where you are going to place the products is as free as possible from items unrelated to the order.
• Angle and Visibility: It is not necessary to always use the same angle, but make sure that all products are clearly visible. Avoid stacking or packaging products in a way that prevents distinguishing what they are. If you see it clearly, we will too.
• Only the Selected Order: Only the selected order must appear in the photo. Nothing else. Tickets from other orders should not be visible.
• Visible Ticket: The order ticket must be visible in the image, next to the order. Important:
◦ Do not place it on top of any product.
◦ Ensure that tickets from other orders are not visible.
• Avoid Repeated Photos of the Same Product: Do not take multiple photos of the same product from different angles, as they could be counted as different items.
• Sound Activated: We recommend that the volume of your device (mobile or tablet) is always activated. This way, you will know with a click if the photo has been taken correctly
