0. Provide Initial Information
Before starting the installation, we need you to send us:
The printer serial number (you will find it on the back cover of the device).
The name of the location where it will be installed.
With this information, we will be able to generate the necessary registration code to complete the configuration.
1. Assembly and Electrical Connection
Place the printer at the designated spot in the location.
Connect it to the electrical current using the included adapter.
Verify that the indicator light turns on.
2. Añadir el papel
Open the top cover.
Introduce the thermal paper roll, making sure that the paper exit is oriented upwards.
Close the cover and check that the paper feeds correctly.
3. Conexión a la red Wi-Fi
Connect the printer to the location’s Wi-Fi network.
Once it has an Internet connection, the printer will automatically print a ticket with a QR code
4. Acceso a Cloud Services
Scan the QR code on the ticket with your mobile phone or tablet.

It is IMPORTANT that the device scanning the QR is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
5. Enter the Password
Once inside, the system will ask for a password.
You will find this code on the back of the printer cover, next to the drawing of a padlock, beneath the serial number.
6. Enter the Registration Code
Next, an alphanumeric code will be requested.
We will provide you with this code once you have sent us the serial number (Step 0) along with the location where it is being installed.

7. Installation Verification
If everything went correctly, the printer will be installed and operational.
Notify us when you finish this process.
If you do not have orders at that moment, we will send you a test order to confirm that the printing works correctly.
And that’s it. With this, the EPSON printer will be connected and ready to print the smart tickets with the order image.
