How can I collect this feedback?

To get this direct feedback you have two options: through our partnership with EPSON, or directly without printing a ticket.

1. Ticket via EPSON

The recommended printer is: EPSON TM-M30III USB & ETHERNET (black)

The EPSON smart printer offers you two key benefits:

1. Collect real feedback

  • Prints a QR code on every order so the customer can leave their rating in seconds.

  • You get direct reviews, organised in the Bronze Hub.

  • You detect internal errors before they turn into a negative public review.

2. Prevent fraud with visual evidence

  • Every ticket automatically includes a photo of the order validated by Bronze just before it leaves the kitchen.

  • This photo serves as proof of correct preparation, reducing disputes and fraudulent claims.

  • It brings transparency for both the customer and your team.


How do I collect the feedback and reviews?

The printed verification ticket includes two elements:

  • A unique QR code for the customer's rating.

  • An image of the validated order, linked to that specific order.

Here's how the process works:

  1. The customer receives the order with the ticket attached.

  2. They scan the QR code to leave their comment.

  3. The review is automatically linked to the corresponding order.

  4. All the information (review + validated photo) appears centralised in the Bronze Hub, under the Reviews section.

    This allows you to analyse the customer experience with real context about how the order went out.

2. Branded fixed QR codes

This option allows you to collect feedback without needing a printer. It works similarly to the EPSON ticket, but using stickers or flyers with a fixed branded QR code, included inside the order bag.

How do I collect the feedback and reviews?

Each sticker or flyer includes a QR code that directs the customer to a personalised landing page.

The process is very simple:

  1. The customer receives the order with the sticker or flyer inside the bag.

  2. They scan the QR code to leave their rating and comment.

  3. The review is automatically linked to the corresponding order.

  4. All the information (review and, if applicable, validated photo) is centralised in the Bronze Hub, under the Reviews section.

This allows you to analyse the customer experience with real context about how the order went out.

Important details

  • The landing page is personalised and tailored to each customer and brand.

  • We recommend offering customers a reward after leaving their review to increase the participation rate.


How can I activate it?

Activating the printer is simple:

  1. Contact the Bronze team to activate the integration.

  2. We will help you set up the EPSON printer and link it to your establishment.

  3. Once active, the printer will automatically generate:

    • The AI verification ticket for the order

    • The QR code for feedback

    • The validated photo

…all without changing your current operations.
