What does a black screen mean?
If you see a completely black screen when opening the Bronze web app, don't worry: it's a temporary app error that can be easily fixed by following these steps.
How do we fix it?
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Remove the Bronze app
Press and hold the app icon on your home screen and select Remove or Uninstall.
2. Clear Chrome data
1. Press and hold the Google Chrome icon.
2. Select App Info.
3. Tap Clear Data (or Clear Storage, depending on your device).
3. Reinstall the app
Open your browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and go to: https://app.bronze.vision/
When you open the page for the first time, you'll see a message at the top to install the application.
Tap the "Install" button..
Once done, the Bronze app will appear on the home screen of your device.
