Here are the steps to follow to give Bronze access to the Deliveroo portal in order to log order-related incidents.
Steps to create the user
Log in to your Deliveroo Partner Hub account.
In the left-hand side menu, go to the "Team" section.
Click the "Invite new member" button.
Enter the name (Bronze) and email address of the user you want to add.
Assign the role: Choose the "Manager" profile type
Select the restaurant: If you manage multiple brands or locations, check the box for the specific restaurant (or restaurants) that this user should have access to.
Click "Send invitation".
