Configure items to identify and validate

Easily configure your items and ensure Bronze recognizes them.

The Pending Item Configurator is an essential tool within the Bronze Hub for managing products that are not yet registered in the system, ensuring their correct detection

How does it work?

Purpose: During the use of Bronze, new items or products that are not registered may appear. The configurator prevents incidents and ensures that these products are detected correctly as soon as possible.

Notifications: Every Tuesday, you will receive a notification with the count of products pending configuration so you can review them and complete the configuration simply and quickly.

Access: Only accounts with ADMIN access can perform this configuration

Steps to configure the items

1. Access the Hub: Enter the Bronze Hub with your ADMIN account and credentials.

2. Navigate to Configuration: Once inside, go to "Settings" in the left menu.

3. Select "Menu": Within Configuration, choose the "Menu" section.

4. Open the Configurator: You will see a red message indicating the pending configuration items. Click the "Configure" button to open the configurator screen

5. Relate the product to the packaging:

Example Carousel (left): you will see images of orders where the product pending configuration appears.

Hierarchical Ticket (below): shows how the product appears on the ticket so you can easily identify it.

Packaging List (right): here you will find the different available packaging options or other products from your menu.

Your action: relate the product to the corresponding packaging/product.

Example: if the product is a “Water bottle”, select Plastic bottle and click on “Save and continue”.

6. Manage un-packaged items:

• In the case of modifiers or cooking points that are not packaged, you can decide whether you want to skip them or classify them as a modifier.

• This option is selected in the options that appear above the photos.
