Exporting your data for analysis

Download and share your Glovo and Uber information to receive a complete analysis of refunds

Glovo

1. Access your Glovo portal using the following link: https://portal.glovoapp.com/

2. In the side menu, select the “Order History” option.

3. Apply the date filters. Please note that you can only download one month per file.
We recommend providing data from the last 6 months (one CSV file per month).

4. Click on “Download report” and select the CSV format.

Remember to select all the locations you want to include


Uber

1. Log in to the Uber Manager Portal: merchants.ubereats.com/manager.

2. In the left menu, go to Reports.

3. Click on Create report.

4. Select the necessary options in the panel that appears. We recommend downloading at least the last 3 months to get a complete overview of your refunds.

Once the files are downloaded, you can send them to [email protected]
