How to check your order status and times?

  1. Log in

    Log in using your email and password.

  2. Go to the "Feedback" section or the "Orders" section

    • In the Feedback section, you will find a list of all your orders that have received feedback.

    • In the Orders section, you can view every order that has processed through Bronze.

  3. Select the order you want to check

    Clicking on it will open the complete order information.

  4. Click "View order details"

    You will be able to see the full delivery timeline, which is divided into:

    • Order Accepted: From when the order is created until it is confirmed.

    • Preparation: From confirmation or creation until the last photo is taken.

    • Restaurant Waiting Time: The duration the restaurant waits for the rider after Bronze verifies the order is correct.

    • Rider Waiting Time: The duration the rider waits for the order to finish preparation.

    • Delivery: From when the rider starts the journey until it is delivered to the customer's home.

    • Over-Promise Delay: The extra time taken by the rider compared to the aggregator's initial estimated delivery time.
